ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The incumbent will be responsible for categorization, digitization, filing and archiving of documents of the Bank in accordance with internal regulations.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Accept documents handed over by various departments of the Bank in accordance with applicable internal regulations;
- Sort documents by pre-defined criteria and arrange originals into files;
- Digitize (scan), index and save documents in accordance with applicable internal regulations;
- Upon request provide originals to various departments of the Bank in accordance with applicable internal regulations;
- Maintain database of original and digitized documents;
- Archive documents in accordance with applicable internal regulations;
- Submit reports to the line manager as requested.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Communication skills and courteous manners;
- Self-organized and sober person; attention to detail;
- Team player;
- Analytical skills.
