ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, humanitarian, non-governmental organisation providing assistance to people in need as a result of natural and man-made disasters, irrespective of race, religion, ideology or politics.
Armenian Branch of Association “Medecins Sans Frontieres” (Switzerland) is addressing a mental health project and launching a project to support Republic of Armenia Ministry of Health (MoH) with the Hepatitis C elimination.
Main Purpose: Execute administrative, Human Resources (HR) and legal related tasks to support the Personnel Administration and Development Manager (PADM) following MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve objectives.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Under supervision of Personnel Administration and Development Manager, manage personal files in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments;
- Update the HR database and personal files to facilitate HR processes management;
- Prepare employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements, including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labor and fiscal law compliance;
- Prepare monthly pay slips for all staff, edit and update the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll;
- Follow up of all expiring rental contract dates and inform the Finance Manager in order to leave enough time to arrange a renewal or look for some other alternative;
- Make all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.), support the Personnel Administration and Development Manager and Human Resources Coordinator in translating documents into local language and assist in meetings upon request;
- Perform additional HR/ Admin tasks delegated by the Personnel Administration and Development Manager.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Education: Finance, Business or Administration related diploma is desirable;
- Experience: At least 2 years of previous working experience in relevant jobs; experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries is desirable;
- Languages: knowledge of Armenian language (mother tongue); excellent command of English language; knowledge of Russian language is an asset;
- Knowledge: Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet).

- Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholder;
- Ability to handle a large volume of work and different projects at the same time;
- Outstanding proven time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize ongoing vs. immediate need appropriately;
- Willingness to travel within and outside of Armenia;
- Ability to integrate into a multicultural team;
- Adherence to MSF principles and to MSF managerial values: Respect, Transparency, Integrity, Accountability, Trust and Empowerment.
