ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
CNFA will support the rapid design of a Gender Equality, Female Empowerment, and Social Inclusion (GESI) Integration Plan. The GESI Plan will identify gender - and age-based dynamics and challenges, analyze the behavioral drivers of women and youth inclusion, and inform the design of interventions that empower women and youth. The GESI Plan will examine other groups marginalized due to disability, ethnicity (e.g., Yezidis, Kurds, Jews), or geography and identify inclusion strategies, including for the large numbers of displaced and internally displaced persons (i.e., from Nagorno-Karabakh and bordering regions) or returned from abroad due to conflict (from Ukraine, Russia, and Syria). Section B provides full details on the required Scope of Work.
Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by CNFA in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this Solicitation. Only Independent Consultants are eligible for consideration in response to this solicitation. Failure to adhere to the instructions described in this solicitation may lead to the disqualification of an offer from consideration. Please reference the solicitation number in all responses.
