ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
"The Horeca" LLC is looking for a General Manager (GM) to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit. GM should help the Company's staff develop and be productive, while ensuring its profits are on the rise.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Oversee day-to-day operations;
- Design strategy and set goals for growth;
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses;
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance;
- Ensure employees are motivated and productive;
- Establish policies and processes;
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees;
- Direct the employee assessment process;
- Prepare regular reports for upper management;
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Master's degree in Business or other relevant field;
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role;
- Experience in planning and budgeting;
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations);
- Strong analytical ability;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
- Problem-solving aptitude.
