ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
“Huawei Technologies Armenia” LLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the Government Presales Manager position to promote Huawei products.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Branding: Increase the recognition of the organization's brand, carry out branding of products and solutions;
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of government clients, including understanding procurement processes and regulations;
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Huawei products and services, especially in areas relevant to government needs, and translate those needs into technical solutions;
- Solution Development: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and present customized solutions, often involving demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concepts;
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with government agencies and key decision-makers, including building trust and understanding their specific requirements;
- Sales Support: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring technical alignment with client needs;
- Proposal Management: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate technical specifications and compelling presentations;
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and government regulations relevant to the company's products and services.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Bachelor's Degree or above, (ICT/IT or Management/Service is preferable);
- Work experience (5+ years) /in an international company/
- Languages: Fluent in Russian and English;
- Deep understanding of Huawei products and services, with the ability to translate technical details into business value;
- Strong sales skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building, with experience in government sales;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely;
- Ability to analyze customer needs, identify technical solutions, and overcome challenges during the sales process;
- Familiarity with the government procurement process, relevant regulations, and the specific needs of government agencies;
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and the specific needs of the government sector.
