ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Byblos Bank Armenia is looking for a Head of HR Unit, who will manage the Human Resources Unit of the Bank.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Manage the recruitment process by conducting behavioral interviews and following up on the recruitment process with the business line manager;
- Prepare the yearly recruitment plan;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
- Assess individual and corporate training needs and administer training programs that respond to the Bank's corporate objectives;
- Meet training providers and select the appropriate in coordination with Group Human Resources in Lebanon;
- Manage the activities related to training, orientation and induction;
- Ensure the existence of job descriptions to all the positions in the Bank;
- Manage the annual performance appraisal process, analyze data and provide concerned parties with necessary reports;
- Develop career plans for employees;
- Identify key and critical positions in the Bank and prepare succession plans;
- Manage all tasks related to monthly salaries;
- Prepare the yearly salary increases and bonuses and manage staff benefit packages;
- Conduct benchmark studies when needed and ensure the Bank's compensation and benefit packages are competitive;
- Guide, direct and coach HR staff;
- Conduct job evaluation for all jobs and develop a salary scale;
- Coordinate closely with the CEO on all HR projects.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; master's degree or an HR certificate is a plus (PHR, SPHR);
- At least 7 years of HR experience;
- Fluency in English language.
