ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
SEF International UCO looking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for sales growth, partners and customer engagement, customer service quality improvement, and standardization processes.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Propose strategic, long-term solutions to increase sales of the organization's products;
- Propose long-term և short-term cooperation targets, explore development opportunities;
- Involve partners from the regions of Armenia in cooperation with team members of the organization's branch network;
- Propose long-term և short-term solutions to improve the customer service experience, explore opportunities to reach target groups, improve support services;
- Organize customer needs identification activities;
- Use analytical tools and report to direct managers about strategic strengths/weaknesses as well as opportunities;
- Organize the development of standards and procedures aimed at improving the quality of customer service;
- Train, support և manage subordinate employees, focusing on team improvement, which will be aimed at increasing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Prepare and submit both regular and on-demand reports to the Director
- Perform other work-related assignments to the Director.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in sales;
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, practical skills-ability to teach them to others;
- Leadership and team building skills;
- Ability to reach target groups and partners, drive sales growth;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to work intensively;
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
