ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Evocabank is looking for a Head of VIP Service Division. The incumbent will be responsible for the organization of excellent customer service and customer attraction in the Division of the Bank.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Provide delivery of quality services in VIP Zone;
- Identify and satisfy customer needs;
- Organize and execute sales of the Bank products;
- Implement an active policy of customer attraction;
- Effectively manage the personnel of the Division;
- Control the maintenance of the interior.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education in the fields of Economics or Finance;
- At least 3 years of work experience in customer service area at the bank;
- Computer skills, experience in working with Armenian Software;
- International qualification is a plus;
- Awareness of excellent customer service;
- Awareness of Armenian banking legislation;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethics;
- Ability to lead a team and work in a team;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, high sense of responsibility;
- Negotiations and conflict management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
