ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Central Bank of Armenia is looking for an energetic Administrator to join the CB Helpdesk team. The ideal candidate should be supportive, should have consulting skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Coordinate software maintenance, manage the tickets received in the Helpdesk;
- Provide primary service for repetitive requests from the Management Center, provide necessary assistance;
- Responsible for administration of the "Help Service" to effectively coordinate software and technical works;
- Monitor deadlines of the work performed by the software administrators, analyse and prepare reports;
- Participate in the development of documents regulating the work of the Helpdesk.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree;
- Relevant work experience is a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian language; technical knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Ability to use basic computer maintenance tools;
- Servicing skills;
- Communication skills;
- Consulting skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Cooperation skills;
- Teamwork skills.
