ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Energize Global Services (EGS) is seeking an energetic and proactive HR and Recruitment Specialist who can bring value to the Company and is willing to bring their contribution to the Company growth. The incumbent will be a representative of the Company during various IT events, meet-ups. He/ she should have the ability to meet and identify the Company's needs, attract talent, negotiate, conduct candidate hiring process. He/ she will ideally be a specialist with good phone manners, recruiting, interviewing, people skills, supportive of company culture and results driven.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Responsible for recruitment process according to the Company's business, legislative and ethical standards;
- Responsible for organizing presentations and introducing EGS in different meetups, seminars;
- Actively use LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media;
- Search, source, target and contact potential candidates for job openings in the Company;
- Post announcements and coordinate the process of shortlisting, screening;
- Organize and participate in job fairs both in Yerevan and in regions;
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the Management;
- Be guided by teamwork principles in all actions and display a behavior, supporting the team spirit;
- Understand the business specifications of the Company and be able to efficiently communicate on a high-level the information about particular profiles/ teams/ groups' main activities.
- Handle HR related administrative tasks;
- Perform other job-related tasks, as required.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter (preferably in IT sphere);
- Excellent knowledge of French language; knowledge of English language is an asset;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Outstanding negotiation, impressive speaking and superb listening skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere;
- Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines;
- Proficient user of PC and various software.
