ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing on-going support to the Head of HR department to ensure that all administrative and supportive tasks, including the handling of confidential or sensitive information, are conducted in a professional manner. The HR Assistant will ensure the effective running of the ARC HR department through the provision of expert HR services and required administrative support.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:

General
- Field general HR queries from staff (including branches) and when required escalate to the Head of HR department;
- Assist in the registration of new staff in all ARC systems and tax service;
- Provide HR related administrative support to the HR unit and ARC workforce;
- Organise exit interviews for staff leaving the organisation;
- Maintain relationship and respond to queries from the Homecare Centre.
Documentation Provision and Management
- Maintain accurate and complete paper and digital personnel files for all ARCs staff;
- Prepare timesheets for future approval by Head of HR department;
- Draft and prepare staff contracts, including amendments and other relevant documentation;
- Prepare travel order documentation for senior management business travel.
Recruitment
- Provide end to end administrative support to the full recruitment cycle, including the advertisement of new positions, longlisting, organisation of interviews, plus onboarding and induction of new staff;
- Facilitate reference requests for ex-ARC staff when received.

Education
- Formal Training in Human Resources or Administration.
Experience
- Minimum 1-year professional working experience in HR;
- Experience working in a business administrative role;
- Proven track record of handling and maintaining confidential or sensitive information and documentation.
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic understanding of HR best practice;
- Able to work independently on occasion;
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting deadlines;
- High attention to detail and have good practical record-keeping and organisation skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels with ARC staff.
- Basic understanding of Armsoft program.
