ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Deloitte Armenia is looking for a result-oriented specialist, with strong work ethics for the position of HR Manager in the Yerevan office.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Firm's Talent Strategy, HR and learning policies consistently;
- Manage the recruitment, selection and hiring process (CV review, interviews, etc.);
- Coordinate onboarding (hiring, induction, integration, probation period monitoring, labour contracts preparation);
- Responsible for HR administration in accordance with local legislation;
- Support Career and Development planning process;
- Support Performance Management Process;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the Firm;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, legislation concerning income tax calculation and HR best practices;
- Very high degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian languages.
