ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Integration Officer at the Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS) will support the Integration Center Coordinator in the execution of daily operations and delivery of services at the Integration Center for Refugee Empowerment, Access to Rights, and More (ICE). The Officer will assist in providing comprehensive support to refugees, facilitating their integration into Armenian society through a variety of programs and services. This role involves direct interaction with refugees, coordination with service providers, and administrative support to ensure effective program implementation.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:

Service Delivery Support:
- Assist in the implementation of services including legal consultations, livelihood assistance, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), cultural and civic orientation, education, and language classes;
- Provide direct support to refugees, ensuring they have access to available services and resources;
- Facilitate orientation sessions, workshops, and community events.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the first point of contact for refugees seeking assistance at the center;
- Conduct needs assessments and help develop personalized integration plans for refugees;
- Provide one-on-one support and follow-up to ensure refugees are progressing in their integration journey.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of refugee interactions and services provided;
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for program monitoring and evaluation;
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for various programs and activities.
Community Engagement:
- Help organize community-building activities and cultural exchange events to foster a sense of belonging and mutual support;
- Collaborate with local community organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and integration efforts;
- Participate in outreach campaigns to inform refugees about available services and support.
Program Coordination:
- Work closely with the Integration Center Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the center;
- Assist in coordinating with service providers, volunteers, and other staff members to ensure comprehensive support for refugees;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of programs and services based on feedback and observed needs.
Support and Empowerment:
- Provide refugees with information and resources to empower them in their integration process;
- Support refugees in accessing education, vocational training, and employment opportunities;
- Assist in organizing mental health and psychosocial support activities, ensuring a compassionate approach to refugee well-being.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, International Relations, Community Development, or a related field;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a support or coordination role, preferably in a humanitarian or refugee support context;
- Strong understanding of refugee integration challenges and strategies;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Armenian and English; knowledge of other languages spoken by refugees is an asset;
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
