Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Loan Officer who will be responsible for effective customer service, high-quality provision of loan services, and sales.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

- Undertake customer acquisition;
- Provide consultation regarding the lending process;
- Service and maintain the loan portfolio;
- Perform active sales of banking products;
- Receive applications and assess customers’ creditworthiness;
- Select and review collateral;
- Prepare and present relevant reports;
- Track customers’ payments.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills are we looking for?

- University degree in economics or finance;
- At least 2 years' professional experience in a bank as a business and/or consumer loan officer;
- Excellent knowledge of the RA banking legislation and lending procedures;
- Strong communication skills;
- Customer acquisition and sales skills;
- Negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- Good command of the Russian and English languages.
