ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
- Involved in the implementation and continuation of project medical activities.
- Supported the Project Medical Referent by ensuring proper professional relationships with the medical and administrative teams of the state institution, the National Government Hospital Director, and other medical staff.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Ensuring the quality and continuity of project medical activities and medical care for the targeted population based on approved protocols and SOPs;
- Responsible for maintaining communication between the PMR, the Hospital Director, and the deputy or person in charge of medical affairs;
- Responsible for maintaining communication between the PMR and the governmental staff of medical facilities where MSF is carrying out medical activities;
-Assisting the PMR in implementing medical activities according to validated Standard Operating Procedures and monitoring the proper use of provided resources. Ensuring medical activities are carried out under the direction of the PMR in accordance with validated SOPs, and assisting the PMR in monitoring the proper use of resources;
- Ensuring proper patient care during diagnosis, admission, treatment, follow-up, and discharge;
- Ensuring complete medical records and data are collected by responsible medical staff;
- Assisting the PMR in the preparation of the monthly medical report;
- Participating in regular medical team meetings;
- Providing verbal and written translations related to project medical activities as needed;
- Following up and reporting to the PMR any medical challenges encountered at the project sites.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Education: Medical Doctor diploma, Degree in Infectious Diseases is mandatory;
- Experience: Essential post-graduation clinically certified work experience of at least 2 years in field of ID;
- Languages: Essential working Armenian and English languages, Russian language would be an asset;
- Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word, excel);

Hepatitis C project based in Yerevan:
To support Armenian MoH with the Hepatitis C elimination plan with evidence for optimized models of care to scale-up the access to HCV care, and with the elimination-targets by expanding access to screening, diagnosis and treatment.
The project will provide access to timely Hepatitis C screening, diagnosis, and treatment trough a simplified “one-stop-shop” service delivery model in two different settings:
-In existing MoH PHC facility (Polyclinic) in Yerevan City targeting general populationin one-stop-shop-model, and including differentiated services delivery models for key populations in partnership with community-basedorganization in a PPP approach.
It is expected to use already existing community-led activities for community HIV testing adding HCV screening trough assisted self-testing, and explore collaboration with HIV, OST, TB and prevention/harm reduction services for care integration and post-treatment follow up
-In penitentiary system, by a Test &Treat approach in Armavir prison. To ensure that patient treatments are ethical accoridng to guidelines, SoPs and MoU signed. To ensure smooth running of activities clinically, data collection and protocols accoridng to MSF need and protocol, review of lab results. To alert at the earliest anything that’s not going smoothly. Weekly sharing of brief reports on the status of patient treatments and close monitoring of activities.
