ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
InHouse Realty is looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for administrative duties and office procedures.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Handle day-to-day paperwork;
- Answer telephone calls;
- Manage databases and social media;
- Prepare and maintain contract documents;
- Prepare reports and manage daily office procedures.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree, preferably in Economics or Linguistics;
- At least 1 year of work experience in sales, customer service or administrative department;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Computer skills; good knowledge of social media marketing;
- Fluency in Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages.
