ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Armenia Integrity Project (AIP) is a 5-year USAID-funded program that aims to reduce opportunities for corruption and reinforce public demand for improved governance and accountability in Armenia through: (1) strengthening corruption prevention institutions and integrity systems; (2) supporting the implementation of specific legal-regulatory measures for corruption prevention; and (3) facilitating a collective action approach to hold local entities engaged in corruption prevention mutually accountable.
The AIP intends to conduct an organizational gender assessment (OGA) with a government agency. The OGA will provide a critical look at the agency’s internal policies, processes, and procedures, including dynamics of staffing, promotion, and retention, as well as external programs and activities, and will support their policy and programming activities in meeting the needs of women, men, and socially excluded groups. The OGA will provide information on ways for the agency to implement gender mainstreaming. The results from the OGA will inform the design of the management, training, outreach, and technical skills for the specified agency, and design of legal instruments to promote gender equality or non-discrimination against women or girls at the national or sub-national level.
The organization is currently seeking an OGA Specialist who will provide implementation support to a local GESI Specialist in the administration of an OGA based on a defined methodology to further build on agency strengths and address challenges in gender integration and social inclusion.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Design and co-facilitate participatory sessions to design the OGA as needed;
- Conduct document review of relevant institutional documents;
- With the local GESI Specialist, conduct data collection for the assessment, including potential in-person key informant interviews and focus group discussions;
- With the local GESI Specialist, conduct synthesis and analysis of collected assessment data, including interview and discussion notes, survey responses, and document review;
- Participate in periodic meetings to provide implementation updates of the assessment;
- Support assessment report writing as needed.

Academic Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Organizational Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Policy, Governance, Public Administration, Political Science or Economics, Law or another related field;
- Education or training in gender studies is highly desirable.
Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative gender related research and analysis, including extensive experience in dealing with gender equality issues;
- Experience in reviewing legislation and in-house regulations from a gender perspective;
- Relevant experience in conducting desk research, developing written reports demonstrating analytical ability, analyzing qualitative data and preparing sets of recommendations;
- Experience in drafting analytical and legal reports;
- A proven track record in providing high-quality, development-relevant analysis and policy advice regarding organizational development including from gender equality and social inclusion perspective;
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with government clients and stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with them are strongly preferred;
- Experience working on democracy, anti-corruption, good governance and/ or public service delivery programs is desirable;
- Ability to deliver and reach the planned targets without undermining proper operational processes;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Ability to work under the pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.); proficiency with common virtual calling platforms; ability to design and maintain spreadsheets;
- Experience working directly with USAID, government officials, and other stakeholders at country level;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages.
