ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Armenian National Interests Fund is looking for a Personal Assistant, whose duties include helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. The incumbent can also expect to answer phone calls, take notes, schedule meetings and send emails on behalf of his/ her manager as well as organize events. To be successful in this role, he/ she should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Act as the first point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners; deal with correspondence and phone calls;
- Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments, information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation;
- Organize events and conferences;
- Remind the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines;
- Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Bachelor's degree;
- Work experience as an Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines);
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of French language will be a plus;
- Discretion and confidentiality.
