ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Pre-Service Training CYD Technical Trainer in coordination with the CYD Program Manager and PCVs from PAC is responsible for the review/ revision, implementation, evaluation, and final reporting of the Pre-Service Training (PST) CYD technical training. The review and adaptation as needed of the Peace Corps derived training packages is essential in order for trainees to meet the technical learning objectives and competencies over the 10-week PST period. The incumbent must become familiar with the Peace Corps training approach and both the Community Development (NGO's role) and Youth Development Sector in order to successfully plan, conduct, and evaluate the training program and trainee performance.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Education: University degree, equivalent to a bachelor's degree, in Education, Teaching, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field;
- Prior work experience: 4 years of professional work experience in training or instruction related to NGO and/ or youth development; 2 years of working experience with U.S. Americans;
- Language proficiency: Level 4 language proficiency in both English and Armenian languages, according to the Interagency Language Roundtable:

- Knowledge, skills and attitudes:
a) Competence in using the Internet, and basic word processing software;
b) Ability to operate general office equipment such as: copiers, printers, computers, cell phone;
c) Knowledge of local cultural practices;
d) Knowledge of U.S. American cultural attributes;
e) Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure is essential;
f) Ability to pass a background check conducted by the United States Embassy;
g) Ability to travel within Armenia;
h) Courteous, attentive person, able to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback;
i) Collaborative person with ability to work well in teams.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Advanced university level degree in Education, Teaching, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field;
- Prior work experience: 6 years of professional work experience in training or instruction related to NGO and/ or youth development; 3 years of working experience with U.S. Americans;
- Language proficiency: Level 5 language proficiency in both English and Armenian languages, according to the Interagency Language Roundtable:

- Knowledge, skills and attitudes: Well versed in the Armenian civil society and youth development sectors including public policy in the NGO and youth sector regarding historical development, legislation (current and pending), national policies, and international development efforts.
