ПОДРОБНОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ: 
The Smithsonian Institution within the framework of the My Armenia Program initiated in partnership with USAID, is seeking a highly qualified candidate (company and/ or individual) to provide IT services under a service contract.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure continuous and reliable operation of Local Network (LAN) if available;
- Maintain and administer operations of computers (16), printers (3) and other office equipment, including changing of photocopier and printer ink cartridges, updating computer virus software, troubleshooting of computer or network failures;
- Administer internet connectivity for the My Armenia Program local staff as well as international visitors;
- Assist with any other IT-related issue within the competence and professional capability.
ТРЕБОВАНИЯ: 
- Degree in Computer Science or in a similar discipline;
- At least 5 years of experience in IT sector;
- Experience in IT infrastructure management;
- Experience in internal software management;
- Ability to communicate effectively and excellent teamwork skills;
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and MySQL;
- Good ability to communicate in both English and Armenian languages;
- Professional experience with USAID or other international donor-funded development programs is preferred.

*********@**.*** . Bidders may submit questions to the above address by 19 May 2019. The My Armenia Program will provide answers by 22 May 2019.
Bidders will be held responsible for ensuring that their offers are received in accordance with the instructions stated herein, and a late offer will not be considered even though it became late as a result of circumstances beyond the bidder's control. A late offer will be considered only if the sole cause of its becoming a late offer was attributable to the My Armenia field office, its employees or agents. Individual bidders shall submit price narrative and professional CVs.
Submitted offers are required to consist of the following documents:
- A detailed offer including all necessary information regarding the price and professional qualifications, including the anticipated timeline for providing required services;
- Professional CVs of staff currently employed who can perform requested services;
- References from previous work completed.
The offer prepared by the bidder and all correspondence related to the offer shall be in English language. The instructions to bidders (ITB) shall not form a part of the offer or of the contract. They are intended to aid bidders in the preparation of offers. The My Armenia Program reserves the right to cancel this RFQ in whole or in part, for any reason.
The bidder shall indicate the price in AMD and USD for the services provided on hourly or monthly basis. It shall be assumed that the bidder is not bidding on any item for which a unit price or total amount is not indicated. Please find more details in the below attached file (ToR).

ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ЗАПИСИ: 
It is the intention of Smithsonian Institution to award one or more Service Contracts, however this RFQ and modification hereto in no way obligates Smithsonian to award a contract nor does it commit Smithsonian to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal. Any resultant contract from this RFQ will be a Service Contract stipulating AMD and USD price for the provided services, which might be considered as negotiable taking the volume and type of the service needed as agreed by both signatory parties of the Service Contract resulted from this RFQ.
Evaluation:
The successful bidder must be determined to be responsible - shall have the technical expertise, management capability, and workload capacity to perform the work. One or more service contracts shall be awarded to the Bidder(s) whose proposal offers the best price taking into consideration that the proposal meets the technical specifications and requirements indicated in Section II of this RFQ. All of the following factors are of equal importance. Evaluation factors are:
- Relevant Experience/ Past Performance:
a) Relevant experience is that obtained within the past five years providing or performing services of similar size, scope, complexity and type of client that indicates your suitability for this project;
b) Past Performance should be indicated by a list of current or previous contracts with names of points of contact and their current telephone numbers who can answer specific questions on quality, workmanship and scheduling. Provide contract periods of performance dates and brief description of the work performed;
- Qualifications/ Technical Competence:
a) Technical Information -Technical information should include a narrative discussion addressing the technical competence, the firm's capabilities, qualifications, and approach to satisfy the requirements of the SOW;
b) Product Samples-Evidence that the bidder meets all applicable technical specifications included in the statement of work;
- Resumes of staff currently available to perform the duties outlined in the statement of work;
- Price (in AMD and USD) of the services to be provided and anticipated timeline to provide such services with concrete numbers of office visits, hour estimation of remote intervention, etc.

О КОМПАНИИ: 
My Armenia, a joint partnership between USAID, the Smithsonian Institution, and the people of Armenia, harnesses the power of research, documentation, and storytelling to strengthen cultural sustainability through community-based tourism development. As outlined by USAID |Armenia and the Smithsonian Institution, the primary goals of this 5-year program are to build cultural heritage tourism in Armenia so as to increase the number of tourist visits, increase spending and days stayed per tourist with an emphasis outside of the capital, and create new job opportunities for Armenians.
Guided by its mission for the "increase and diffusion of knowledge" and its values in long-term high-quality cultural heritage work, the Smithsonian Institution (SI) and its partners will work towards these joint goals. SI will apply its long history for cultural heritage preservation and support to community economies to strengthen cultural heritage tourism in Armenia. In collaboration with USAID, SI has identified four major objectives for the project:
- Objective 1: Strengthen Armenia's cultural heritage tourism offering;
- Objective 2: Increase awareness of Armenia as a cultural heritage tourism destination;
- Objective 3: Improve cultural tourism sector workforce skills;
- Objective 4: Coordinate GOAM, donor, resource partner, and stakeholder involvement.
