ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
As part of GIZ´s effort to be flexible, adaptable, and efficient as well as to become implementer of integrated solutions for global challenges, GIZ Armenia has established a project service unit with administrative and technical services to all projects within the GIZ Armenia portfolio. The Technical Service Unit is responsible for IT, project-level event management, communication, visibility as well as M&E.
In your role, you perform organisational and administrative tasks within the Technical Service Unit of GIZ Armenia to the benefit of all projects of GIZ Armenia. You implement the tasks attributed to you by your line managers and / or colleagues correctly and on time in collaboration with colleagues and in accordance to projects objectives and expectations and with due regard for legal, contractual and internal requirements and procedures.
In your role you work on all service requests and tasks within your sphere of responsibility and offer organisational and logistical support for meetings, training courses, receptions, coffee breaks, transfers, workshops, etc.
You are responsible for the translation of project related documents and contribute to the Digital Transformation, Literacy and Security of GIZ Armenia.
You cooperate constructively with all internal and external stakeholders and help work on issues and tasks that arise in the projects of the GIZ Armenia Portfolio. You ensure that information flows correctly, refer matters to other units as required and ensure that all processes run smoothly.
In response to inquiries, you provide assistance for tasks within your sphere of responsibility based on established processes and with due regard for compliance rules. You also provide information on internal workflows and refer colleagues to other units when necessary.
You perform the tasks assigned to you by your line manager, where required.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Translation of project related documents;
- Support to the development of (sustainability) reports and analysis of performance data;
- Support to IT, including development and implementation of digital qualification measures;
- Support to secretariat work and administrative tasks for projects of the GIZ Armenia portfolio, including printing, scanning, scheduling of meetings;
- Organisational support:
1. for the preparation and implementation of visitors’ programmes, including travel schedules, bookings, coordination with other units for the organisation of transport/transfers, hotel and ticket reservations
2. for meetings, training and working sessions taking place at GIZ premises, including – but not limited to - booking of rooms, set up of required material, equipment and refreshments
3. to projects´ management and staff in the implementation of all activities of the GIZ Armenia Portfolio in close coordination with advisors, experts and managers when requested.
- Support to event management and administration of functional email boxes.
Where appropriate and reasonable, the position holder is willing to perform tasks outside the scope of the job description.
In all tasks and services, the position holder ensures good cooperation and working relations within his team, with projects staff and management and with the GIZ Armenia Country Office.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Interest and willingness to learn and test new (agile and digital) tools and methods.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Graduate degree in relevant subjects (Bachelor);
- Written and oral fluency in Armenian and English;
- German language skills are an asset;
- Excellent working knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft 365, MSTeams, SharePoint);
- Basic technical understanding and a good feel for trends and developments in the digital sector;
- Technical knowledge in dealing with and previous experience in information technology or other related fields are an advantage.
