ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
AM Partners Consulting Company is looking for a Project Coordinator experienced in development project design, implementation, monitoring, and overall coordination, to join the Company's team of consultants. The candidate should coordinate and/ or participate in the implementation of various activities in rural areas, including immediate communication with local stakeholders and beneficiaries, assessment of baseline situation, implementation of certain activities towards improvement of income generation in the several agricultural sub-sectors. The candidate should be available for intensive traveling (including overnight) in Armenia, be ready for multitasking work under the time-pressing circumstances.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
Specific responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:
- Review/ analyze secondary information and collect data (particularly for the identification of the social and economic status of potential beneficiaries);
- Collect information from primary sources, including those via personal contacts, discussions with representatives of regional/ local authorities, etc.;
- Identify development impediments and needs for launching new or expanding existing activities in the several fields of agriculture (e.g. horticulture and beekeeping);
- Service the logistics of the provision of agricultural equipment and inputs to selected beneficiaries;
- Develop small grant applications for potential beneficiaries, including descriptive narrative and financial calculations;
- Design monitoring framework and regular reporting on main performance indicators;
- Complete and analyze collected information, prepare analytical reports.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
Specific Requirements:
- Proven practical experience in development project implementation; experience in agricultural project is an advantage;
- Experience in working with rural population and administration;
- Availability of at least 2 references upon request;
- Experience in cooperation with or former employment with international development organization(s) or projects is an advantage;
- Experience in communication with State officials, representatives of private business community, non-governmental sector, and international development organizations is an advantage.
General Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics and related spheres;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be comfortable working within a changeable environment;
- Fluent knowledge of English language, both verbal and written (as a primary working language);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office with an accent on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SPSS;
- General awareness and knowledge about Armenian socio-economic situation, development priorities and directions.
