ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Project Officer (PO) will be responsible for the implementation of OxYGen Foundation’s anticipated project on school agriculture from the WFP. Under the supervision of the Programs Manager (PM), PO will be responsible for information flow, projects activity coordination, data collection for monitoring, communication with stakeholders, practical arrangements, budget execution/ monitoring, and other tasks required by the project. PO will closely work with OxYGen Foundation’s Communication and Campaign Coordinator, Admin/ Logistics Coordinator, and Finance Manager to ensure the accomplishment of mentioned duties.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
Project Planning:
- Develop detailed implementation plan for the project;
- Implement detailed activity planning;
- Contribute to the procurement and budget planning;
- Contribute to the logistic planning;
- Contribute to the recruitment process of project consultants based on OxYGen Foundation’s and donor procurement policies;
- Plan beneficiary and stakeholders engagement processes execution;
- Execute project activities of the OxYGen Foundation’s anticipated project on school agriculture, ensure communication between activity stakeholders, e.g. participants, service providers, and project partners, e.g. through minutes, reports, and summaries wherever necessary;
- With the support of the Programs Manager, assure activity budgets are within the project budget;
- Assure proper filing and information flow;
- Ensure high level of participation by all activity stakeholders in the planning and execution process wherever necessary;
- Provide information and consulting to project beneficiaries whenever necessary;
- In cooperation with project partners and OxYGen Foundation’s senior management, ensure reaching projects’ targets;
- Supervise the work of and delegate project tasks to the Project Assistant, if necessary;
- Conduct any other tasks required for successful implementation of projects’ activities.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Gather data required for monitoring of project implementation and prepare monitoring reports;
- Gather and maintain project documentation in organized manner;
- Monitor service provision contracts for timely implementation on all sides where necessary;
- Develop narrative progress reports to the Programs Manager;
- Support the Programs Manager in other relevant tasks.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Academic background in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Communications or Economics;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a position with similar tasks and responsibilities;
- Experience in not-for-profit sector is desirable;
- Practical skills in planning, organization, project management, budget execution and planning;
- Good knowledge of education system, legislation of RA, issues in Armenia is a plus;
- Good understanding of gender equality issues in Armenia;
- Good leadership and teamwork skills;
- Excellent knowledge and writing skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package; knowledge of IT tools is a plus;
- Ability to deliver results with minimum supervision;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Willingness to learn new skills.
