ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Rise Management Trainee Programme is a 2-year programme, after which the Trainee will have an opportunity to continue developing himself/ herself and his/ her career.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Actively participate in the Rise Management Trainee Programme (on-the-job tasks, peer learning, mentoring and training assigned);
- Work on assignments related to the role in Human Resources Department;
- Participate or lead departmental and cross-functional business projects;
- Take full responsibility with planning and organizing activities related to the assignment, as well as delivery of assigned objectives, projects and results;
- Collaborate, develop and maintain relationships with colleagues from own team, other departments, mentors, project sponsors, while proactively seeking feedback;
- Actively propose process and business improvements;
- Take full ownership and charge over own development: leverage each opportunity and feedback.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Students graduated in 2017, 2018 or 2019;
- Up to 2 years of experience is desired;
- Fluency in written and spoken English language;
- Advanced PC user;
- Experience in volunteering or taking an active role in student organisations, sports or any other amazing activity.
