ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:

Epiroc Armenia is now looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager with experience in equipment sales (preferably mining and construction) and good sales records.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing sales on dedicated territory, increasing revenue and profit for the company, will be a team player and ready for the hard team work.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Preparing, and sending to the customer the quotations and proforma, the content of which is determined by the sales team;
-The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth;
-They will monitor market trends and customer needs, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure the team achieves its targets;
- Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts;
-The Sales Manager will report to upper management and present sales performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities;
- Visiting customers and preparing the territory management;
- Updating sales team about the progress in orders by working in coordination with supply chain and finance departments;
- Reporting to Sales Director with business plan, follow ups and quarterly results;
- Providing a professional and prompt service to all Epiroc customers.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Advanced spoken and written English and Russian languages;
- Technical education/background will be considered as a plus;
- At least 3 years of sales experience in construction and mining sphere ;
- Ability to successfully manage time, workflow, and schedule in order to meet deadlines;
- Readiness to gain new knowledge.
