ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Yerani Travel is looking for a Sales Manager who will promote B2B sales, supervise the work of other employees of Sales department and be responsible for the Company's online presence.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Search and contact new partners in Armenia and in other countries for B2B sales;
- Network with current partners;
- Find ways to improve B2C sales;
- Work with online travel agencies;
- Supervise the work of administrators to improve high quality services and ensure high sales level;
- Arrange trainings in sales and communication for new and current employees;
- Plan and sell day trips, private tours, transportation services and packages;
- Ability to work with deadlines and reports;
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds;
- Enter data into the software and maintain client files.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management; experience in the tourism industry will be a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages; knowledge of other foreign languages is highly appreciated;
- Good leadership, managerial and organizational skills;
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively;
- Good knowledge of Armenian culture, history and geography;
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage;
- High managerial skills;
- Responsible, dynamic and action oriented person;
- Attention to details.
