ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
“Kamurj” UCO CJSC announces a vacancy for the position of Senior Specialist at the Centralized Loan Decision-Making Department. The main responsibilities of the position include monitoring compliance with the Company's lending standards and terms.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Analyze loan applications submitted to the Department by the Company's regional and structural units, including assessing the applicant’s financial status, creditworthiness, solvency, and reliability; evaluating the guarantor and collateral acceptability; and verifying the completeness and authenticity of submitted documents. Prepare decisions and submit them to the immediate supervisor. When necessary, verify additional information about the potential borrower via phone calls, site visits, or other methods;
- Identify credit risks and prepare recommendations to mitigate those risks;
- Collaborate with the Company’s units to assess customer credit risks;
- Take all necessary and sufficient measures to prevent, detect, and/or disclose fraud, fake and/or fictitious transactions, abuse of official position, conflicts of interest, and other illegal actions by employees and clients;
- Ensure compliance with internal legal acts while fulfilling responsibilities;
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to lending, including those of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), as well as internal procedures and national legislation;
- Provide consultations to head office and branch employees on issues related to the Department's activities (excluding confidential information);
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and technical security legal regulations.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education in Economics and/or Finance;
- At least 1 year of experience in lending within the financial-banking system;
- Knowledge of financial analysis methodologies;
- Knowledge of creditworthiness assessment methodologies;
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory acts governing financial activities, including CBA regulations and directives;
- Understanding of tax and accounting principles;
- Proficiency in Armenian and Russian; English is desirable;
- Confident user of MS Office, AS Bank, and Internet tools;
- Knowledge of Excel VBA is considered an advantage.
