ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Role description:Evoca is seeking an SME Lending Senior Specialist who will be responsible for attracting new clients and identifying their business needs.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
What will you be doing?- attract SME clients, establish and maintain business relationships;
- service the loan portfolio;
- prepare credit files, present loan applications to credit committees and manage the loan processing workflow;
- conduct negotiations with problematic clients;
- perform other tasks assigned by the department head.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
What skills are we looking for?- higher education in economics, accounting or finance;
- at least 2 years of experience in SME customer service and lending;
- excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation and lending processes;
- knowledge of AS Bank 4.0 system;
- excellent communication skills;
- client acquisition and sales skills;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- strong analytical thinking;
- good knowledge of Russian and English.
