ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Evocabank is looking for a SME Lending Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; high sense of responsibility.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Attract SME customers and make active sales;
- Consult regarding the lending processes;
- Receive and analyze loan applications;
- Create credit files, present to credit committee and manage the granting process;
- Maintain current loan portfolio;
- Collaborate with external partners;
- Prepare and present relevant reports;
- Track customers' payments.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Economics or Finance;
- At least 3 years professional experience as a SME lending specialist;
- Excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
- Outstanding customer communication and acquisition skills, as well as advanced skills of
sales plan implementation;
- Negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Strong analytical mind;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages.
