ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The Eurasia Supply Chain Management Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate procurement of machinery, components, and, in certain cases, spare parts. The role includes responsibility for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date procurement database, ensuring optimal inventory levels of machinery and components, and guaranteeing uninterrupted operation of ordering and supply processes from suppliers, including compliance with required standard logistics instructions.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Ensuring the procurement of required machinery, components, and, in certain cases, spare parts from international suppliers and manufacturers for Zeppelin International;
- Carrying out preliminary data collection on demand and product pricing, performing statistical analysis of such information, and forming analytical conclusions (S&OP process) in accordance with the objectives of the Supply Chain Management Department;
- Preparing all necessary procurement and supply documentation, including annexes to procurement notices, procurement documentation, and draft contracts;
- Organizing monthly meetings with dealers in the Eurasia region for sales planning, supply planning, and inventory analysis; preparing and coordinating the minutes of procurement committee meetings based on decisions taken by committee members;
- Creating and maintaining an information database in ZIA SAP and Z-NET, including updating the statuses of procurement processes;
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date supplier master data, including the creation of new sup-pliers to support the global procurement function of Zeppelin International;
- Analyzing received purchase requests, evaluating results, and summarizing procurement procedures;
- Conducting operational negotiations with suppliers;
- Verifying required documentation for contract execution;
- Ensuring the development and approval of procurement schedules for machinery and, if necessary, preparing amendments to such schedules;
- Managing the contract signing process with suppliers;
- Monitoring invoices for machinery, components, transportation, and services;
- Organizing and maintaining cash flow plans with suppliers (non-CAT);
- Organizing payments and refunds of funds;
- Preparing documentation and accepting results for individual stages of contract execution;
- Jointly with other department employees, administering Zeppelin International warehouses, monitoring warehouse processes, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Reserving machinery and components in ZIA SAP;
- Informing relevant stakeholders in the event of risks related to procurement activities, including known and potential export control risks;
- Participating in the department’s operational projects;
- Substituting other department colleagues during their absence;
- Performing preliminary control of cost calculations and invoices for intercompany supplies of machinery and components.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in business or any higher education degree with additional professional education in procurement;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of contractual system principles in international trade and foreign economic activity;
- English language proficiency (spoken and written) at least at Upper-Intermediate level;
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) at least at Upper-Intermediate level;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
