ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Evocabank is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team; and high sense of responsibility.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition, including but not limited to: development and implementation of TA strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, orientation and onboarding;
- Effectively cooperate with other teams to reach TA goals;
- Partner with the universities and other relevant sources of talent including visiting different premises and activities;
- Enlarge the channels and activities for talent attraction;
- Conduct hiring for senior level roles;
- Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of TA processes;
- Manage and lead the team;
- Continuously present lessons learned, wins and losses to the team;
- Come up with suggestions for process and quality improvements;
- Implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Economics, Management or a relevant field;
- At least 3 years of experience in HRM, 2 of which are in Talent acquisition;
- At least 1 year of experience in financial-banking field;
- Hands-on experience with full cycle talent acquisition (screening, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding);
- Proven experience in hiring for high-priority, high-volume positions;
- Knowledge of different sourcing methods and tools, unbiased interview techniques;
- Knowledge of TA metrics and reporting;
- International qualification will be a strong plus;
- Ability to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced environment;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- A can-do and will-do attitude;
- Excellent command of Russian and English languages.
