ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Ameriabank is looking for a Technical Project Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and delivering digital solutions as per agreed scope and prioritization agenda set in joint efforts with the Product Owner (PO). He/ she will be accountable for technical scope formation as well as delivery excellence of that scope. Technically sound, driven, powered by excellent-communication skills, the incumbent will be an integral player in driving and delivering some of the key projects as a part of organization-wide Digital Transformation agenda.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Own technical scope and project delivery - from technical task formation to project release management;
- Lead requirements decomposition from epic level up to tasks with technical feasibility included;
- Participate in project technical solution/architecture design with teach team lead/architect;
- Work closely with Product Owner on driving project approval and funding process, as appropriate (e.g., presentations, cost-benefit analysis, business case);
- Commit to matching product goals with technical delivery excellence working in unified team composition with Product Owner;
- Lead planning and grooming sessions as well as continuously measure and track project performance;
- Develop, communicate and implement project risk mitigation plans, develop and implement contingency and recovery plans when deliverables are missed
- Lead the development of comprehensive project documentation;
- Manage project stakeholders and their expectations and ensure project-related communication; lead team-related practices starting from scope planning and grooming and ending with retrospective;
- Constantly monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle, report on projects current status (if applicable - problem issues) and results to project stakeholders in accordance with procedures of the bank, document and communicate project changes;
- Continuously review and ready to experiment with new practices in project/product management;
- Work closely with PO to validate the needs of stakeholders through prototypes/ experiments/ interviews;
- Define and formalize business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements;
- Identify possible technological solutions to match pre-defined requirements, make comparative analysis, assess options and provide recommendations and conclusions;
- Ensure implementation of other tasks of the department related to new banking technologies, digital solutions and software implementation.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree in Management, Economics or IT;
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and/ or business analysis in any of the following spheres: Banking, IT or Telecommunication;
- Technical knowledge/ experience/ education is a big plus;
- Ability to analyze complex objectives and re-formulate them as simple tasks;
- Ability to synthesize opinions and viewpoints and offer universal solutions;
- Ability to document and visualize business needs and requirements in a clear, intelligible and practical manner;
- Experience in banking/ fintech domain is preferred;
- Project development and management skills;
- Process and data flow description and flowcharting skills;
- Knowledge of SDLC along with agile practices;
- Commitment, accuracy, systemic approach to work;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
