ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
With the purpose to enhance interest in and promote advanced learning of international refugee law at higher education institutions "Mission Armenia" is seeking an Expert who will develop a study manual on international refugee law and practice. The primary objective of the manual will be provision of information about international and domestic standards and procedures of protection of refugees.
The manual will include:
- Historical overview of the development of legal mechanisms of international protection of refugees;
- Content analysis of the 1951 Geneva Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees;
- Analysis of the national legislation of the Republic of Armenia regulating the field of refugee protection;
- Analysis of refugee status determination procedure.
The primary users of the manual are students specializing in refugee law. The manual can be useful for practicing lawyers, governmental and NGO workers, as well as for those who are interested in refugee law.
Anticipated Results:
- A complete content within 50-55 thousand words written in Armenian language in academic style and study manual format ready to exterior design and publication.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- PhD in Law;
- Specialization in public international law;
- Knowledge of the asylum system of the Republic of Armenia;
- Excellent command of Armenian and English languages;
- Scientific research and experience in teaching refugee law will be an advantage.

Since 1993 the Republic of Armenia has joined the 1951 Geneva Convention and the 1967 Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees. As of 30 June 2018 there are 19,996 refugees and people in refugee-like situation as well as 58 asylum-seekers living in Armenia. Majority of them are coming from Syria, Iraq, Ukraine and Iran. In the capacity of UNHCR's partner organization "Mission Armenia" Charitable NGO has implemented number of UNHCR-funded humanitarian projects geared towards protection of refugees, asylum-seekers and other displaced persons in Armenia. In 2018 "Mission Armenia" is implementing UNHCR-funded project "Social, Medical, Legal and Shelter Assistance to Refugees and Asylum-seekers in Armenia", which includes among other components promotion of international refugee law in academic environments.
