Tumo is inviting to join its very own in-house software product team as they build a cutting edge, AI driven online learning platform to be scaled from Paris to Moscow, right through to every town and city in Armenia! The incumbent will be working in an energetic, dynamic team with people from Artsakh, London, Yerevan, Etchmiadzin, Paris, and beyond; a group of people who are passionate about what they do. He/ she will work with the product on a day-to-day basis team to manage the implementation of its franchise partners tech stacks, make day-to-day bug fixing prioritisations and help ensure a focus on keeping everything running smoothly. Here are the things that are important to Tumo: (a) Tumo's team uses continuous delivery practices to test and go to production faster;(b) they create product-focused teams that care about the experience of our students, (c) they believe software engineering is an artform - not mechanics, (d) they are building for scale, using microservices, (e) they use insights from their data warehouse to make product decisions, (f) they use DevOps tools and practices to deploy and push to live in a smooth and efficient way.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Work in a hybrid scrum master/ product management role (Yes, Tumo believes it is possible!) for the delivery of Tumo's in-house applications that are used to support student learning;
- Prepare sprint content and manage the product backlog using input from key stakeholders;
- Take responsibility for delivery of features and bug fixes on time and to budget (he/ she will be able to build consensus amongst stakeholders for priority of features against the product roadmap);
- Help the team to manage and prioritize their tasks by running agile rituals (Daily stand up, Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, Retrospectives);
- Ensure all user feedback is integrated into the product development lifecycle;
- All Tumo teams are expected to know about, and work with, DevOps tooling (Azure, Docker, Monitoring) - but they will teach the candidate if he/ she doesn't know about it.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- At least 4 years of strong real world experience in an agile scrum master or product ownership role (including writing backlog user stories and acceptance criteria);
- A strong eye for managing priority and ensuring the right work is done at the right time;
- Deep knowledge of Agile tools, techniques and most importantly, culture;
- Strong experience with managing client relationships (typically department head level)
- Experience with designing product features either using wireframe sketches or mock up tools;
- No need to be an engineer, but should be able to have a technical conversation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience working in international teams is a plus.

Tumo is a free after-school program designed for teens. Since the program's launch in 2011, four Tumo centers have opened their doors in Armenia: in Yerevan, Dilijan (in collaboration with the Central Bank), Gyumri and Stepanakert (in collaboration with AGBU). A new, fifth Tumo center is planned to launch in the northern border village of Koghb, in Tavush. Under the Tumo educational program, students get acquainted with four main focus areas: animation, web design, game development and filmmaking; and ten complementary skills including robotics, programming, photography, music, and more.
