ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
DigiFence is looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist. The incumbent will perform IT infrastructures support including network equipment, servers, computers, printers and software applications.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications and make needed upgrades and repairs;
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues;
- Configure, manage and support virtual environments and network equipment;
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records;
- Help maintain network and computer system security and ensure that all systems are operating correctly;
- Test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved;
- Test and evaluate new technology and recommend its implementation;
- Create and verify backups of data;
- Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases;
- Advise users on operation of equipment and applications;
- Prepare training materials and train users on the proper use of hardware and software.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science;
- At least 1 year of experience in IT;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Time management and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle difficult situations;
- Strong knowledge of computer network, Windows and UNIX/ Linux operating systems;
- CompTIA A+ and/ or Linux+ certification is a plus.
