Burmese Border Consortium (BBC) provides humanitarian assistance to refugees on the Thailand-Burma border. In partnership with refugee organizations, the BBC supplies food, shelter maternials and other basic humanitarian supplies, to more than 140,000 refugees in nine camps. BBC employs about 35 staff, located in four field offices and at its headquarters in Bangkok and has an operating budget of about USD 17 million.
