ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

About the Role
The Armenian office of HOSTKEY, an international hosting company, is looking for an Account Manager. The main workload involves managing legal-entity clients and related documentation — you'll be handed a substantial volume of work right away.

About us: We've been operating since 2008, with 5,000+ servers across data centers in the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, multiple other EU locations, the UK, and the USA. Our core business covers data center services, server rental and leasing, and virtualization.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Onboarding new clients across all services: working with leads, preparing commercial proposals (together with engineers), closing sales, and handling documentation (contracts, addenda, equipment handover acts);
- Managing existing clients: activating new services, tracking costs, advising on upgrades/downgrades/add-ons, issuing invoices, and regularly monitoring accounts receivable;
- Registering, tracking, and managing clients within the billing system;
- Receiving, processing, and monitoring client requests through the ticketing system;
- Handling incoming requests by phone and via the company website chat.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role at an IT company; experience with corporate clients is a plus;
- Fluent Russian language skills;
- Negotiation experience, and experience preparing documents/proposals through to deal closure;
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to documentation and billing;
- Comfort with structured work and completing recurring tasks within fixed deadlines;
- Creative problem-solving for non-standard situations is a plus.
