ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
As a Finance and Administration Officer, you manage day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records, and administering accounts and petty cash. The role includes preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, while also supporting programme staff and partners in budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
You will handle payroll administration, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and contribute to procurement processes.
In addition, the Finance and Administration Officer supports general office administration, such as logistics and coordination of services, and assists in recruitment and onboarding to ensure smooth and effective operations.
This is a one year fixed-term position and part-time, 50 %, start date in August.
About you
The Finance and Administration Officer brings a relevant academic background, ideally combined with a Certified Public Accountant qualification, and solid experience in financial and administrative work. You have a strong understanding of budgeting and financial control, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment. The role requires a structured and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise, work independently under pressure, and contribute to a collaborative and continuously improving organisation.
