Role description:

Evoca is seeking a Loan Monitoring Senior Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring borrowers’ financial condition, conducting ongoing loan monitoring, preparing reports and assessing clients’ creditworthiness to ensure a healthy loan portfolio.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

- Monitor borrowers’ financial condition and identify early any factors negatively affecting loan repayment capacity in accordance with the bank’s internal regulations;
- Prepare and maintain schedules for ongoing loan monitoring;
- Ensure implementation of ongoing loan monitoring activities;
- Prepare monitoring reports and present results to relevant stakeholders;
- Assess and analyze clients’ creditworthiness in cases defined by internal regulations;
- Analyze department activities, develop new approaches and methods, and present improvement proposals;
- Manage document flow and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping processes;
- Ensure fulfillment of departmental tasks and assignments given by the head of the department.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills are we looking for?

- Higher education in economics or mathematics;
- Work experience in relevant or related fields;
- Computer skills, good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Analytical and research skills;
- Accuracy and sense of responsibility.
