Evoca is looking for a Loan Specialist who will be responsible for effective customer service, high-quality provision of loan services, and sales.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

- undertake customer acquisition;
- perform active sales;
- provide consultation regarding the lending processes;
- receive and analyze loan applications;
- choose and review collateral;
- prepare and present relevant reports;
- track customers' payments.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills are we looking for?

- university degree in economics or finance;
- at least 2 year's professional experience as a business and consumer loan officer;
- excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures;
- good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
- outstanding communication and customer acquisition skills, advanced skills of sales plan implementation;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- analytical mind;
- good command of Russian and English languages.
