Role description:

Evoca is seeking a Retail Products Development Specialist who will be responsible for creation, development and improvement of banking consumer products, ensuring their competitiveness, profitability and alignment with customer needs.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

- study market trends, competitor offerings and customer needs on a regular basis, analyze collected data;
- develop terms, pricing and financial models for new consumer products, coordinate with relevant departments, submit for approval;
- implement activities aimed at improving competitiveness of existing products;
- develop and update internal procedures, regulations and customer-facing documentation related to products;
- test software solutions prior to product launch;
- analyze pilot launch results, collect feedback from departments, implement product improvements when necessary;
- support process automation and digitalization projects;
- prepare and circulate explanatory notes for bank departments regarding products, train employees;
- present proposals for conducting promotional campaigns;
- organize and monitor ongoing activities, submit reports to manager.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills are we looking for?

- higher education in finance, economics, or a related field;
- at least 2 years of experience in banking or financial product development;
- experience with ArmSoft system;
- knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services;
- strong organizational skills and results-oriented approach;
- excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- initiative and sense of responsibility;
- strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills;
- good knowledge of English and Russian.
