About the Company

HOSTKEY is an international hosting company operating since 2008. We provide hosting and equipment rental services for clients worldwide, including the Netherlands, USA, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Turkey, Italy, Poland, the UK, and Switzerland. Our infrastructure includes 6,000+ physical servers and 15,000+ VPS instances, running on our own virtualization and HPC clusters. We're growing and looking for people who want to grow with us.

A one-month paid internship with training is included. Probation period: up to 3 months.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What We're Looking For:

- Fluent, competent spoken and written communication
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Composure when working with dissatisfied clients
- English proficiency at C1 level (reading documentation, basic communication)

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

Basic understanding of:

- PC and server architecture
- Network protocols
- Differences between CPU / GPU product lines (general understanding)
- Stress resilience and ability to multitask
- Strong prioritization skills and follow-through on tasks

Nice to Have:

- Experience in technical support / helpdesk
- Familiarity with Jira or LiveChat (Text)
