COMPETITION TYPE: 

Innovation Challenge for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Private Sector Companies to implement reskilling/upskilling and employment programs under ALMP2 through results‑based financing.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION: 

UNDP Armenia’s ImpactAIM Accelerator invites eligible organizations to submit proposals for the Innovation Challenge on Result-Based Financed Active Labor Market Policy Program 2 (RBF ALMP2). The initiative aims to support population groups at high risk of unemployment across Armenia by designing and delivering reskilling/upskilling programs followed by job placement and job security support.
The Innovation Challenge is implemented within Platform#5: Accelerating Economic Opportunities for Women in Armenia, funded by the Austrian Development Agency, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MLSA), and UNDP.

Scope of Work:
- Task 1: Participant Outreach & Engagement (3 months)
- Task 2: Reskilling/Upskilling Programs (5 months)
- Task 3: Job Placement (within 4 months)
- Task 4: Job Security & Final Reporting (4 months)

Requirements
Eligible Applicants:
- Civil Society Organizations
- Private Sector Companies

Target Groups:
- Young people NEET (18–29)
- Women aged 30–40
- Beneficiaries of the Social/Family Benefits System
- Displaced individuals from Nagorno-Karabakh
