JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Golden Palace Boutique Hotel is looking for a hard working and enthusiastic personality for the position of Accounting Clerk.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Input the material value of the relevant program; make deduction and loss statement;
- Responsible for inventory of storage bar, kitchen and mini bar;
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes;
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures;
- Prepare cost analysis and rate studies;
- Upload daily sales into system;
- Responsible for inventory of receipts and cost of sales;
- Review the updates of system and menu pricing;
- Generate system reports as needed;
- Provide profitability and waste reports;
- Responsible for inventory control;
- Enter data of inventory into 1C for month-end reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Knowledge of 1C;
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience in a hotel will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS is not a must, but will be considered as an advantage.
