JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The AGBU WE Program Associate provides administrative support to the Program Manager and WE Program team as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop the Program community by ensuring regular communication and collaboration among participants;
- Initiate and coordinate networking, and experience-sharing events (online/on-site) aimed at engaging alumni and strengthening connections;
- Identify the needs of the Program community, ensure feedback collection, and present recommendations to improve the community experience;
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure the timely dissemination and visibility of announcements, messages, and important information;
- Maintain the Program participants’ database, ensure its accuracy and regular updates, and safeguard data confidentiality;
- Collect and coordinate success stories and testimonials, and ensure media coverage;
- Plan and coordinate meetings/events, including agenda preparation, invitations, reminders, minutes, follow-up actions, and oversee the full organizational process (registration, communication, preparation of materials, participation summaries);
- Prepare periodic brief reports, including participation metrics and summaries of community engagement indicators;
- Provide support for the Educational platform (monitor deadlines, schedules, consultations, etc.);
- Monitor participant attendance during the educational phase in both in-person and online formats;
- Undertake other responsibilities related to the Program as assigned by the Program Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Able to handle multiple tasks;
- Familiar with modern administrative practices and procedures;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Proficiency in visual design tools to produce engaging presentations, reports, and digital content;
- High level responsibility and accountability;
- Capability to work both individually and as part of a team;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment, flexibility, willingness to perform other work-related duties.
