JOB DESCRIPTION: 
ATM and Terminals Service Specialist will be responsible for servicing ATM or terminal infrastructure and payments instruments of the Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Organize the service infrastructure performance of ATMs and POS terminals in stores or service points, and assure the high level service of payment instruments of the Bank;
- Responsible for internal and external communication with stores, customers, providers, vendors and service points;
- Do research and make proposals on ATM and terminals service infrastructure expansions and improvements;
- Implement the regular servicing of the Bank ATMs and terminals, participate in recharging of ATMs with cash;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher technical education;
- Work experience in servicing ATMs in a bank is a plus;
- Computer skills; experience in working with Armenian Software is a plus;
- Awareness of the Armenian banking legislation;
- Awareness of payment instruments service infrastructure through POS terminals;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethics;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, high sense of responsibility;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages is a plus.
