JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Company is seeking a Chief Accountant for a full-time job to carry out the accounting of the Company with related responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Organize and conduct the Company's daily accounting according to Armenian legislation, as well as IAS/ IFRS;
- Ensure effective accounting and daily financial control for the Company;
- Develop an accounting policy in accordance with IAS/ IFRS, as well as coordinate accounting-related document circulation issues;
- Organize the Company's property registration, cash registries, financial assets, fixed assets and intangible assets, receivables and prepaid accounts;
- Organize registry keeping and record registrations of Company's commitments and means, as well as expense and income surveillance control;
- Conduct daily control of initial accounting documents, as well as of calculations and payment orders;
- Ensure the legality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of document formulation by wage calculation, taxes and other mandatory payments and transfers to the budget, bank payments and other documents;
- Supervise the internal accounting and reporting forms, as well as the order of inventory management, the control over the implementation of economic transactions, and the process of accounting information processing and document circulation with relevant programs;
- Organize and monitor human resources activities under the Armenian legislation as well as oversee employees hiring, dismissal and transfer, personal affairs, follow the rules for management of the workbooks;
- Prepare (monitor) and deliver all the documentation required for transactions involving the Company's accounting accounts;
- Participate in the financial and economic analysis of the Company's activities in the detection of inefficient costs and losses;
- Submit annual, quarterly and monthly reports to the tax and other state bodies of the Republic of Armenia within the timeframes defined by RA legislation;
- Compile and submit reports to the Central Bank of Armenia within the deadlines;
- Prepare quarterly reports of the Company's financials and present to the Company's Director before the 15th of the month following the quarter;
- Carry out the regulation, supervision and management of the accounting and reporting departments;
- Support in the preparation of the Department's work descriptions and regulations;
- Provide consultation on RA Tax Legislation and accounting standards;
- Make accounting, tax and financial analysis, do compliance for contractual obligations according to the current legislation of Armenia;
- Perform other job-related obligations that may be required by the Company and/ or necessary for the successful implementation of the Company's initiated programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in a relevant field;
- Fluency or advanced knowledge of English language;
- 3 years of prior experience in accounting;
- Discipline and high sense of responsibility;
- Availability of the professional license issued by the Central Bank of Armenia will be considered an advantage.
