JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, negotiating and closing new business opportunities for Fast Shift, also be in charge of the business development strategy and ensuring the business growth. As the Head of Business Development, he/ she will be responsible for the overall direction and performance of the business, provide leadership and direction to the Business Development team, delivering strategic business development and commercial direction to shape the future of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Constantly seek and develop new opportunities for Fast Shift in money transfer industries to achieve financial growth and build solid company reputation as a top fintech company;
- Implement new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams;
- Implement sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team;
- Form strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks;
- Set tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development team;
- Manage relationships with current partners; generate and present new opportunities for them to enhance the relationships and continue to grow business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or banking field, from which preferably 1 year in a senior position;
- Experience in a managerial position at payment service system is preferable;
- Strategic thinker, full of good ideas, resilience, persistence with ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision;
- Impressive background in new business/ business development;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Proven networker with a "big black book" of contacts within the industry;
- Previous experience of working in a senior business development role with a similar company;
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth;
- Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams;
- Ambitious and target focused person with a drive to succeed;
- Outgoing, communicative person with excellent skills in negotiating;
- Proven commercial leadership with business development and operational experience with technology companies.
