JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Yerevan My Love Foundation is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to assist the CEO and the team to render administrative functions assuring the implementation of the Foundation's day to day activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Organize and schedule appointments;
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos and letters;
- Translate texts from/ to English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Maintain contact lists;
- Render hospitality and support to visitors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Undergraduate degree, preferably with a significant portion of the curriculum taught in English language;
- Native Armenian speaker; fluency in English and Russian languages with strong English writing skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
