- Identify and support customer needs;
- Engage potential clients;
- Provide necessary information to customers;
- Accept credit applications, collect required documents, review them;
- Service the credit portfolio;
- Perform up-selling and cross-selling;
- Register rejected credit applications.
- University degree in economics or finance;
- At least 2 years of work experience in banking system;
- Good command of MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program will be a plus);
- Knowledge of Armenian banking legislation will be a plus;
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide high quality service;
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
- Negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Initiative and high sense of responsibility;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English.
